Introduction
This Quality Assurance Plan documents the quality assurance protocols for DTH Engineering & Consultants in the design, manufacture / fabrication, supply of all products to satisfy client needs. The work undertaken requires special emphasis on DTH Engineering & Consultants capabilities in design / management and execution, at the same time conforming to Client / Australian Standards and specified parameters.
The Objective
The Objective is to continually improve our quality assurance performance and ensure our products and services conform to design, statutory and contractual requirements that meet or exceed the expectations and needs of our Clients.
The Aim
DTH Engineering & Consultants aim is to continually improve the quality of all our activities, thereby improving our performance to world best practice. In order to assist in the fulfilment of its objective and aim, DTH Engineering & Consultants has implemented a Quality Assurance System which satisfies the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems The Quality Assurance System will demonstrate to both Clients and employees DTH Engineering & Consultants capabilities and commitment to meeting the highest standards of quality assurance. It is the responsibility of Management to provide the means to ensure all products and services meet quality objectives as detailed in the corporate Quality Assurance Procedures. The responsibility for applying the requirements of the system is delegated to all personnel. The Managing Director has full responsibility for the Quality Assurance System.
